Ability to choose preferred video output (1080i)

For the games that have multiple video resolution choices, we should be able to select a preferred default, rather than have the game decide for us. Ex: 1080i vs 720p.

Offer PlayStation Plus Silver Level for cloud only

I am interested in cloud storage for my game saves. If Sony offered a Silver level of PlayStation Plus just for cloud storage at a reduced price, I’d pay a small yearly fee.
