It would be nice if all DLC trophies were in a sub folder when viewing the trophies for the game.
And DLC trophies would show as another progress bar under the main game’s progress bar.

Some games have this option, but only newer ones. Having 2 progress bars would be nice.

A DLC label would be nice even though Uncharted 2 DLC trophies have a + sign.

Yes, as a completionist I hate seeing my 100% drop down because I don’t want to buy the DLC.

Yes, so we know which trophies we need to complete to achieve the Platinum. Once DLC trophies are added, it is often difficult to tell them from the originals.

perfect simple idea. BUT i can see Sony putting this in as one of those where the Developers have to do it (example= music, upload to Youtube, etc.). And from what comment #1 said, it seems they already did

Uncharted 2 already does this kind of. When you are in the Uncharted 2 Trophies, Press [Square Button] it will group them into Uncharted 2 and DLC.
Also God of War 3 does this, but no DLC as of yet.

I wasn’t aware that some games already had this. But I still think it would be cool if all games with DLC had sub folders.
I think the main thing that I would like is a separate progress bar because I hate seeing my Killzone 2 progress at 66% even though I already platinumed it and don’t want the DLC. And it kind of throws off your sense of how many trophies are left to complete for the platinum when playing after some DLC already came out.

this is a great ideal. i think the progress bar should not move from 100% but instead when a game has DLC for every trophy you get the % goes up over 100% like Burnout i have a friend that has gotten the platinum on this game but their are so much DLC for it that the progress bar went down to 50%. like i said it should be the other way around he should have 150%.
What do you guys think about it instead of the sub-folders maybe a line with fronts that say which DLC it belongs to.
yeah i what sony to fix this and hopefuly i happens.

@Officer_Obody I totally agree! I would like to see them create a standerd for all Trophies… on PSN, PS3, DLC…

This gets so confusing in Burnout Paradise because I don’t have any of the expansions. Great idea.

@Blackwtr_Merc, i agree! with you on this, thats why i say that the DLC should not affect the 100% instead it should make it over 100%

Yeah, I thought 3.0 added something so the developers can differentiate normal trophies from expansion trophies.
Uncharted 2 does that but it still adds to the 100 percent, doesnt make it separate.

Sorry, this is already available. If you want it in a certain game, ask the developer, not Sony.

This would make the trophy section much cleaner, and more understandable to players. Many people are confused about what they need to do to get a platinum once DLC is dropped. This would clear that up nicly.

Please do this. It would be one of the single best updates pertaining to trophies ever.

Good Idea
DLC should not effect your 100%…it is really frustrating to work hard getting 100% just to wake up one morning and see 70% complete because new DLC was released
A sub folder for DLC with it’s own completion % and maybe even the ability to hide the DLC folder if you don’t own it

This would be a definite plus.
I have a Burnout Plat with 49% of the trophies and I have no interest in paying more for the DLC than I originally paid for the “full” game.

Great idea, I hate seeing my 100% drop because I don’t want DLC…Killzone, Fallout etc.

I really don’t like seeing a game with a ~75% completion rate, yet still with a platinum trophy.

jobe_tr | March 29th, 2010 at 9:15 am
This is definitely a good idea. I really don’t want to deal with I “used to” have 100%.

sony’s already put this function in either FW 3.00 or FW 3.15, but nobody’s using it!

My 100% Savage Moon, became a 66% completed and I’m struggling to top it off.

As many people have mentioned, this feature exists. I think the problem is that PlayStation hasn’t enforced usage of the new feature, so while Uncharted 2 has its DLC Trophies marked and placeable in a different list, many other games, even SCE games such as LBP, do not.
If this feature is implemented more fully, I would like to see it retroactively applied to older games as well. Up-voted.

@ Trioptical
That’s a good point, seeing all the DLC trophies being retroactively marked for the games that don’t currently have it would be great. Though I have a inclination that it’s not going to happen
And if a separate progress bar for DLC is ever added I have a feeling it would only work with those games that have their DLC trophies marked.

I think this was amplified, you can now sort the Add-on trophy percentage aside from the stand-alone trophy of the game.
