Package Official Wireless Blutooth Headset w/ PS3

Idea 821 | Posted in by | March 25, 2010

The official PS3 wireless Blutooth headset should be packaged with every PS3. This will greatly increase the number of online players and interactions for online PS3 games.

Nice idea man, using voice is so much easier that text anyway. Or even if they offered a discount on the headset, if they don’t want lose all the $ on the headset.

This has already been posted. Voted down.

And I don’t want the PlayStation Network to become plagued with twelve year old sore losers, like Live. Because that and having a monthly fee are the only disadvantages that Live has.

I’m with Lucca.
There are enough annoying people with headsets. Giving them away with every machine would just make things worse.

@Lucca & ssavethezombies

You do know there’s mute in almost every game right?

You guys are lazy. Also if the X-Game Chat get approved you can chat with your friends instead of hearing all these “twelve” year olds.

The only disadvantage to this is that a bunch of little kids would then have access to a headset and they can be real annoying!
We need this plus private party chatting so you don’t have listen to those annoying kids.

Absolutely agreed with this, in fact Warhawk & a headset should have been the packin game for PS3. What better way to promote the online functionality and online community?

If sony finds it to be too expensive at least give a good wired headset that plugs to usb on controller.

i agree (for “free” stuff”)
but i buyed the headset and returned it the day after at walmart,
because it’s so big and cant stand on my head
always shaking, itching and hurting my ears
really not a top tech desing
maybe it is now a time for a “new slim” headset model LOL

i own every gadget for the PS3 and Really Like it. but this headset is one of the worst “Pain” headset ever

This is among the few things i hate about the ps3.

Online games seem so dead (even mag when the game is full) because next to noone has or uses a headset.

But i do have a problem with the official headset. (i own it) The ear peice is way too big, if you dont have abnormally large ears then the thing is incredibly uncomfortable after short periods of using it or even immediately if you have really small ear.

They should have interchangeable ear pieces that come in different sizes.

Not with all PS3′s but with the 350 GB one or in a ‘premium’ bundle. Otherwise it would be too expensive

This would help promote PSN as a top online gaming choice.
