Too much complaining in the comment section after store postings. Have a one time post explaining to address the more common complaints, such as the process for adding PSOne Classics to the store.

This is a very good idea and its about time they gave us some answers for what we want to know.

would be nice, but i doubt the complainers would go away. when the features/games come that they want they complain that it was built specifically for them, or they go after something. i wish they would directly reply to those comments in a harsher way.

Another common complaint is that no one replies to the comments. If the comments were more civil and reasonable, they are more likely to get a reply.
