A Thumbs up ability for comments

The ability to thumbs up on comments, so it can be easier to sort by the most thumbed up comments, on Playstation Blog comments and Blog.Share comments.

@ODINGameslayer imagine a green thumbs up by your name. Thats what I mean, go to youtube and watch a popular music Video! You will see people putting “Example Artist” is the best, thumbs up if you agree! kinda like that, does that paint the picture for you?

Only if there is a section that showcases the top 3 most popular comments. Similar to N4G.com

I would also like the ability to reply directly to comments (my reply indents).

@BalramRules you did, but this is key to only thumbs up on comments, your idea however possesses the ability to thumb up, report as spam, and other community tools, my idea may be marked as duplicate as your idea title emphasizes on multiple tools, as mine is strictly thumbs up. Thanks

This would be good for badly written ideas, or ideas that are only half good. Comments are how other people submit their version of the idea, which is often better than the original.
Because if you try and submit a better version it’ll be denied as a duplicate, even though it contained a detail that drastically changed the quality of the first suggestion.
So being able to vote, or rate comments allows us to vote up good ideas that are better than a half-good idea that gets fewer votes.
