I Think thats a Nice Idea, I Just submitted my PShome on vita idea(getting reviewed).

The ps3 has 256MB of ram,Yet the Vita has 512MB of ram. It would be able to handle it.But it could be a custom made DCUO for vita. It should have cross platform functionality.

The vita has 3G as-well(Well,the 3G model anyway.) so i would see how useful that would be.

Possible Problem is though:
DCUO is 16gb. Vita Memory cards are expensive so a person would have to pay about $50+ alone for a mem card to play DCUO on it.

But im sure they’ll find a way, I Support this.

@Comment 1
Your Idea’s been taken by Elvick_ and it’s Idea 51678.
But DCUO on the PS Vita will be a marvellous idea, since you can choose if you wanna play it on your PS3, or switch to your PS Vita whenever you like, but that may mean a hectic update for the DCUO Versions on PS3, meaning that you can synchronise all your game save data to the web, so that you can continue from where you left off from your PS3 to PS Vita, and similarly vice versa. :))

(+1 For the Idea).

i don’t think it would be that bad of an idea but if there were a cloud system that you could use to save you game in it would make things easier. a lot of the other game systems have them. IE apple and Microsoft. and the PS vita could handle the load. and you could poss. make more of an income for the company. people that have the option to play wile on vacation away from their system and or at work on their brake time. i personal would buy one just to do this.

It would be awesome to have a free to play game on the vita i currently play DCUO CR80 Nature Healer 101SP i’d love to play the game on my vita seeing as vita has a built in microphone i wouldnt mind buying a 32GB memory card if it meant i would at least have a game for the console that doesnt suck like their current selection

Yes, cloud or remote play can be used. I am just wondering how you would be able to play the game without L2 & R2?

I love dcuo and i would love it so much more if i could play it some where else without transferring over my ps3 somewhere else…. i don’t even have a ps vita but i would go out to buy it in a heart beat if it had dcuo. So i beg who ever is in charge to put dcuo on the ps vita… it would be a revolutionary idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a totally viable idea because PSVita is very skilled when it comes to graphics and RAM. As for storage capacity, well, Who would not be willing to spend a few bucks on a high capacity SD if it would bring the DCUO experience anywhere? I would do it without hesitation!

It is true, we face some drawbacks such as the lack of buttons R2/L2 … Guys, that would only be a problem for the PSP because our dearest portable device does not have one but 2 tactile surfaces that could serve as a solution for this and other drawbacks. Also thanks to those surfaces I think, in my humble opinion, we would have a greater immersion in the game and it would be even easier to play than from a PS3 controller.

In addition, we also have the cameras and microphone that could be very useful during the games. Besides all apps and all accessories that Sony could invent to make the game even better. What to us would be improved gaming experience for them imply a new market, more income and I’m sure a large number of new users for PSVita and also would strengthen the loyalty of those who are already part of the family.

Let me conclude by saying that not only would be an amazing improvement for our PSVita experience but also imply a revolution, as I had mentioned earlier, inasmuch as we would be opening the door to a world of games for us to enjoy anywhere we want in a possible future: The MMO, f2p (dreaming is free).

I hope this idea can reach expert ears, able to do something about it, ears able to achieve that vision.
