Even those games that show the flag, you can be playing with a Brazilian(like me), but you do not know, WHY? Because Brazilians create their accounts in the United States, because Brazil don’t have a PSN!

Or just whatever flag you choose. I live in the USA but I’m Italian. I would proudly display the Italian flag instead of the US flag. It should be by choice

Yeah It would be better for you to chose the flag as you said doncalzone21, I’m canadian but I’m ukraine heritage so I would show either of them. They are so many cultures in North America it would be nice to see where everyone is from!

If they tracked our IP to display Flag. then people from area’s without Psn can’t lie about the location to get the Store so i don’t like this :c

oh also it will make the PSN id to crowded. there are already sites that add your Flag next to your Psn id on the card. just look some up on google.

As long as you could pick any country. I still don’t get why Arabian Countries aren’t supported by most things in this sort of stuff.. i live in the U.S but my background is Arabic.

There’s plenty of room on the PSN profile for this. In fact, I’d like the Plus icon to be moved inside the profile, on the bottom right. I’ve thought about this flag idea as well, and think it would go great right in the middle right below the trophy icon.
Players should be able to choose, though I would like to see where they’re from.
I think the player should be able to choose a flag in the account section, along with their languages.
