Fix the character count counter

Here on Blog Share, the character counter doesn’t work. It always says 200 remaining/50 remaining for the title.

I am having the same problem cant submit my idea tried firefox 15.0.1 and internet explorer 9.

Please fix.

Yes, this was driving me crazy when I was trying to post an idea a moment ago. It took me several tries. Chrome version 23.XXX here.
