Get Rid of the Online Pass System

Online passes directly inhibit resale value, something that a lot of people rely on to buy not just used, but new games as well. This directly harms both consumers and businesses.

Please note that, when I refer to the online pass, I am more specifically referring to Sony’s own online pass used in games like Resistance 3, Uncharted 3, and Starhawk. The one that requires a user who bought a copy used or who bought it after the online pass expired regardless of whether it was new or used, to pay an extra $10 to get the online features that were already on the disk to begin with.

I didn’t buy three vita games cuz of that, really disappointing about the online pass code system

I agree with this one I think companies are just getting greedy. But I suppose one day games will all be download only and then the pass will be included in the price but all games will then be more expensive again greedy companies.
