Not even this short one idea I could fit, so I had to finish writing it here in the comments section. 200 chars limit is a joke, one can’t even come close to really fully explain ideas with such a limit. Also it should tell you when you have passed the limit of allowed chars, because it doesn’t, so I have to count and count again and again how many chars I’ve typed. I mean, you can write as much as you want in comments but not for ideas?

Agreed. I had the same issue a moment ago trying to explain a proposed interactive NASA APP with an HD NASA TV streaming feature for the PS3 And PS Vita. I had to load up a separate website so I count my characters, and realized I actually had around 300. I only had 2 sentences. I also think that a lot of ideas get voted down because not enough information about it is there, i.e could not be posted.

It’s funny that the comments section is less restricted than the actual ideas part.
