How about integrated flash memory ram for the next gen console? Maybe 256GB Flash Memory or something.

I am weary about putting an SSD into a PS3. They degrade over time, like a VHS tape, every time you write to it, it degrades and this will result in lesser capacity over time and eventual failure. Until the PS3 firmware offers TRIM support, I would not put an SSD into the PS3.

Considering how easy it is to swap the PS3 drive by yourself, this is kinda pointless.

The latest Super Slim PS3 has a 12GB solid state drive.
