Make the ps3 eye and mic work with skype for the ps3 for a big screen tv

I submitted a similar idea that didn’t get put through, but mine suggested that the Skype app on ps3 support AR goodies, like turning a ps move into a fake sword or hammer or something as you chat with friends.

Yeah I mean they already have an Vita app for Skype WTF!!! PS3 should be Sony’s MAIN CONCERN!… and LordVDoom, you are aware SONY MAKES MS COMPUTERS??? yes, windows 7 and such instead of their own programming. but anyways… Skype on PS3 would be good. but they don’t do a lot of apps for PS3…. They just put Crackle on it. Cmon now CRACKLE… still haven’t did FB… ughhhh… its like lets make an APP spot in the system, but not put any apps in there… Tsk Tsk

Some apps for the PS3 would be a great fit. Tv style channels, Special shared (with chat) movie nights, Weather for local area and SKYPE. Logitech has released a $99 camera Skype unit that is one more thing people have to try to use. It is a natural fit for PS3 with the Eye and bluetooth headset. The only thing better would be a mic that you could buy to make it useful without a headset. It’s a VERY small skip to make this happen.
