It is a pain to have to take out the Move controllers to charge them when all you want to do it play. In the next sharpshooter it would be nice to charge while it is in the cradle.

When playing with more than one person on the same ps3, you should be able to have the vibrate on or off for the different controllers

instead of repeating the same process every time, make a calibration save data for users. simply before the game start, i choose my own calibration
